The beds were extremely comfortable. We would have liked to have a bar fridge in the room just to keep drinks in. Our host was very thoughtful at all times, welcoming us with a bottle of wine and chocolates. Cooking us a delicious breakfast each morning. The little coffee section outside our room was lovely with a big selection to choose from. My son had a try of the free port as well which he liked. The location is excellent to walk to shops and restaurants. We stayed for 3 days and our host gave us fresh towels which I really appreciated, we stayed in Sydney accomodation for 9 days in 2020 and we weren't given fresh towels the whole stay!

It was a beautiful trip back in time to the Queen Victoria era with plenty of artwork. The breakfast was nice & the hostess very helpful. It was a very pleasant stay with a beautiful view across the bay.

We finished cycling the Munda Biddi and this property was within metres of the finish so was perfect. We had room in the garden for the bikes and the old historic home was quirky with its camera and painting collection. The beds were super comfy and our room was spacious and had everything we needed. What was outstanding was our host Peter. His hospitality was amazing, second to none and the breakfast delicious. It felt more like staying at a friends place than being just another guest. I loved my stay here and would return for sure.

The impressive 20 foot high ceilings displayed a large amount of art. The furnishings of period style seemed to be of good quality and well made. The host was very welcoming and hospitable, they made a delicious hot cooked breakfast in the morning and a big bowl of luscious fruits was on the table. I had a ocean facing room. The street below was quite noisy until about 1 am on a Saturday night. It didn't bother me much as the bed was extremely comfortable. In all it was a good experience.

Friendly helpful staff. I hiked Bluff Knoll before visiting the Guest House and very badly sprained my ankle. The staff at the Guest House were helpful and provided me an ice pack. Breakfast offered a range of homecooked options and you could select it at the time of your choice. The main globe in my bedroom blew and the staff replaced it as soon as I brought it to their attention. Will check availability of the Guest House next time I visit Albany.
