A brand new unit, fully self contained at the back of the main house, separated by a fence. Private parking inside a secured property with electric remote controlled gate access. A balcony overlooking a quaint garden at the front of the unit, with table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee, or balmy nights. The unit is surrounded by large grassed area and a picnic table between 2 palm trees. Inside you will find a comfortable living area with free wifi, flat screen TV, a fold out sofa bed, reverse cycle air conditioning and large bifold doors that can be darkened with vertical blinds. There is a fully serviced kitchen, dishwasher, large fridge and microwave for your convenience. In the bedroom is a built in wardrobe with a queen sized bed, and ceiling fan. The bathroom is large and comfortable. We have a washing machine and an outside washing line and indoor clothes horse for those wet days. The unit is in a quiet and peaceful place.
Lazaros and Andrea are happy to know guests are enjoying and relaxing in the Villa and are well catered for. We love nature and the outdoors. We also love getting together with family and friends, playing with the children and enjoying a laugh.
Wagga Wagga town center is located only 3.5km away where you can find all the shops and services you may need. There is also a library, cinema, bowling, There is a small shopping complex in Turvey Park called Turvey Tops (3.5km), and another one in Glenfield Park called Southcity Shopping Centre (2.5km.) There is a bus stop 30m away from the unit. The bus takes you directly into the town center. There are farmers markets every Thursday at the racecourse and every second Saturday at the Wolundry lagoon. The Calvary Private Hospital is located 1.8km away and Wagga Wagga Base Hospital, which has an emergency department in 2.5km away. There is the beautiful Wagga Wagga beach which is along the banks of the Murrumbidgee river and many local pubs and restaurants to eat out. The beautiful botanical gardens are 3.5km away and this has a small zoo of australian animals.
