AKOM AT Docklands is a 15-minute drive from Melbourne Airport, and 5-minute walk from Southern Cross Railway Station. The property offers easy access via the free tram service into the Melbourne CBD. Melbourne's major event location Etihad Stadium is located only 656 feet away. The modern, open-plan apartments offer private balconies, flat screen televisions with cable channels and full kitchens including an oven, dishwasher and microwave. Located in 4 different towers, most of the apartments have wonderful water and/or city views. WiFi and onsite parking is available for an additional charge. There are a range of nearby award winning restaurants and bars, as well as the convenience of supermarket/bottle shop, chemist, and dry cleaning services.
Couples in particular like the location – they rated it 8.5 for a two-person trip.
