Location is close to Chapel street and public transport. Spacious with lounge and kitchen. Private courtyard on ground floor apartments. Clean and quiet (it may have been quieter than normal due to covid...) Although we didn't use them, laundry (shared) and kitchen facilities are good.

The property is just a 5-minute walk from the Chapel Street Tram Stop and a 10-minute walk from the banks of Yarra River. It is a 12-minute drive from Melbourne City and a 30-minute drive from the Melbourne International Airport.
The spacious apartment features modern white furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and weekly servicing. There is a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The lounge area offers a TV and DVD player.
Airport shuttle services can also be arranged and complimentary on-site parking is provided. The 24-hour reception is located off-site, just a 4-minute walk away.

With only 12 apartments in our building, staying with us is a true home away from home. Our guests regularly mention the comfortable and excellent quality environment we offer. Included in your rate is free WiFi access. Even better - our apartments are just 2 minutes walk to Chapel St, where you have a huge range of restaurants, shops, cafes and entertainment choices to pick from. We look forward to having you stay.
Our team consists of manager Eva, and staff Angela, Ali, Jackie, Stefany, Mohsin and Gabrielle. We are a dedicated and multicultural team. We look forward to welcoming you.
South Yarra is a bustling, upscale suburb with art deco apartments facing the Yarra, and well-preserved mansions like the 1847 Como House. Swanky boutiques, art galleries, cocktail lounges , eclectic bistros and cozy cafes line busy Toorak Road and Chapel Street, if you are are foodie you will be spoiled for choice here . Prahran Market offers gourmet foodstuff. Nearby, the vast Royal Botanic Gardens is popular with joggers and picnickers.You can enjoy a movie here in Moonlight cinema ( operates summer months only ), or Golden Grass with your own Binnie bag and a glass of bubbly is very popular.
