This apartment is located on the second level of the complex. The open air balcony is a perfect place for summer dining. The Aquarius complex comes complete with underground security parking with internal access, pool and spacious gas BBQ area at the rear of the property all protected with outdoor weather sails. This stunning apartment has all the modern conveniences you could wish for, including microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. The open plan living area is very tastefully decorated and opens out onto the front balcony which has a new outdoor setting with padded seats, a perfect place for lazy holiday dining. There is an en-suite off the main bedroom and a second bathroom for the other two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a built-in robe and a queen-sized bed with comfortable furnishings. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with built-in and the third bedroom has 2 singles and a trundle bed also with a built-in robe. The large screened windows ensure there will always be a sea breeze to cool the apartment on even the warmest summer days. Ceiling fans are provided in each of the bedrooms to complement the sea breeze. Please note: there is no lift available. Note: this property has window limiters installed due to Strata regulations thus, windows can only be opened to a maximum of 12cm.
