This property accepts a total of 6 guests with a maximum of 4 adults due to Strata regulations. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second with a Tribunk (double with single on top) and a separate single bed. No more than 4 adults can stay at the property. There is room for an additional two children who must be nominated on the booking form if staying. At The Beach is a family-friendly apartment, perfectly positioned on Kiama's Surf Beach, just a 50m walk to the water's edge of a patrolled beach, ideal for fishing, It has amazing views to the beach, out to sea and over Coronation Park which has a covered play area for children. This beachfront apartment features a large and comfortable lounge room with separate dining room, both of which share the majestic views. The electric reclining chairs are a real luxury. There is a long balcony the whole length of the apartment great for whale watching and outdoor dining. A second balcony at the side of the property houses the BBQ and more delightful views across the water. The master bedroom has an ensuite with amazing views. The second bedroom is also spacious with impressive views and its own bathroom. The unit layout makes it suitable for either two couples or 1-2 families. Unusual for two-bedroom holiday apartments is its size, with two bathrooms, 2 balconies and a BBQ. The second bedroom has a desk nook for guests who need a quiet work, study or writing space. To cater for families, there is also a highchair, a toy mat with toys, lots of books, games, beach cricket set and picnic set. The furniture has been arranged in the living area to allow for lots of space for families to gather. This home away from home allows you to stroll out the door onto the beach for a morning swim, getting a coffee on the way back. Maybe a headland jog, from the Little Blowhole to the Blowhole, using the outdoor fitness equipment to increase your fitness. Enjoy the evenings relaxing on the balcony listening to the waves. The booking may also be terminated immediately if the additional guests refuse to leave, and then all guests will be evicted accordingly. We are sorry this might sound harsh but we are under instructions from a strict body corporate of a largely residential building that has experienced ‘party bookings’ in the past. Pets are NOT welcome at this property. This property does NOT have internet access or Wi-fi. To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.   **Notes:** Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
