Lovely clean spacious outdoor area the house is below a residential home though very comfortable to fit a large family living area was smaller than expected but you have a lovely outdoor area to eat meals, an extreamly clean and tidy place and the Hosts Peter and Kelly where very accommodating and easy reachable there loving touch of Easter gift and welcome sign was a very nice touch.

  • Hi there Does your main bedroom with the double bed have an ensuite or is there two seperate bathrooms and toilets. Thank you Laraine
    We have 2 separate bathrooms. One bathroom has toilet, the other bathroom only has shower and we have a separate toilet by itself. No ensuite in the bedrooms so it is more convenient for sharing.

Spacious 4 double bedrooms available which can accommodate up to 8 people whether adults or kids . 1 queen bed, 4 single beds and set of single bunk beds. Rooms come with built in wardrobes and TV's apart from the bunk bed room. Bed linen, pillows and towels are provided to all beds. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and one with a toilet. There is also a second separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge,kettle, toaster, microwave, pots, pans and cutlery. We live in a quiet and nice neighbourhood and we respect the neighbours, so strictly no parties or events are allowed on our house. No visitors are allowed after 10:30pm.
The house is situated in a quiet cul-de- sac which is very close to a park with a kids playground. Public transport is very close by if required and there are regular buses to and from Perth city. There are a couple of shopping centers close by that are walking distance from the house as well as a few fast food restaurants to dine in or take away. Barbagallo Raceway is only 29 kms away, Lake Karrinyup Country Club golf course is only 5kms away. Westside BMX club in Balcatta is a few minutes walk from the property.
