The location was quiet and peaceful right opposite the beach. Shopping precinct only 15 minutes walk. The manager Robyn was so friendly and helpful. I was made to feel very welcome. Will definitely return. The cabin was very clean and comfortable.

Robyn was lovely. Offering us a free upgrade before arrival. Late check in was incredibly easy and she even put the Aircon on for us prior to arrival (which was much needed after 12h on a bus). The laundry facilities were free (a massive plus for backpackers) and Robyn even went to the trouble of taking our clothes off the line when it looked like raining.

The owners of the hotel were Fabulous and very sorry that Booking.com ripped me off as there was no pool available in the middle of summer even though it was stated on their site. This is twice Booking.com has done this and they have now lost me as a customer.

We 'clicked' with the managers. They were helpful, easy to contact and kept us up to date when we were running late on arrival and then we forgot to pick up keys from Reception. The most lovely people, easy to speak with and gave us all the info we needed to get the most out of our location.

Cute property, great beach access and easy access from the Greyhound. Property was really well equipped, offering great self cater options if desired. Place was very peaceful and tranquil, only stayed one night and wish we’d have extended it!! Pool nearly finished too which will be a great addition.

Bali Hai Holiday Park is your home away from home. Located a stone's throw from the beachfront, with big wide open spaces, private Bungalows and a sense of peace and tranquility. Just a 3km beach walk from the main township of Mission Beach and a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket Bali Hai is situated in one of the best spots in the area. We are not Pet friendly in our Accommodation options but we do have Caravan and Camping spaces that are. With a camp kitchen that is open and airy it feels like you are cooking outside and spending time with nature. Our Bungalows, Beach House and Villas all come with an ocean view that is something so special in this world heritage area of the Rainforest and Great Barrier Reef. Come and try us, we are sure you will feel just like you are coming home!
