Outstanding location 2 minutes walk to the heart of Byron. Three bedroom 2 bathroom beach house only a short stroll to Main Beach and Farmers Market. Leave your car off street undercover and walk everywhere. Fabulous for families we offer a modern 3 bedroom house in Butler Lane Byron Bay. The bedrooms are spacious each with a ceiling fan: Main bedroom 1 x KING (or split king singles), ensuite & air conditioning Second bedroom 1 x KING (or split king singles) Third bedroom QUEEN The open plan kitchen and dining area are well equipped. Large timber dining table and couches enjoy a garden outlook and air conditioning. Outdoors the garden is well established offering privacy & coolness in summer. Mango tree provides mangos in season. Bespoke timber wave table & bench seating positioned next to feature stone wall fantastic for outdoor eating. The property is fully fenced. Markets are held weekly & monthly at end of the laneway. Byron cafes, public pool, library and Woolworths are a short stroll. The house is all on one level ideal for children.
