We believe our success has come from our high standards of customer service, cleanliness, facilities and comfort found at our boutique accommodation. Meeting people from all over the world and making all our guests stay a wonderful experience is the highlight for being a B&B owner-we love it! On TripAdvisor we were voted #1 B&B in Australia, #1 B&B in Australasia and #24 in the World 2017, as per guest reviews. We were voted #1 in Western Australia.

Baudins of Busselton is a custom built, "Multi Award Winning" Bed and Breakfast in the heart of Busselton, part of the Margaret River Region. Ideally located 500m to the beach and 1km to town. The guest accommodation is in a property set back from the road completely separate from the owners own home. There are four guest rooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, fridge, TV/DVD, kitchenette, safe, R/C air conditioning, tea and coffee making and free toiletries. all linen is supplied and of high quality. There are three Queen rooms and one Triple room (Single and Queen bed). All our bedrooms lead off a communal, lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen, plus FREE laundry facilities, ironing board and free laundry detergent. FREE high speed Wifi is available throughout the property as well as off street parking. Outside, relax overlooking our lush gardens whilst watching varieties of visiting birds, BBQ facilities and equipment is also free of charge. Our quality breakfast, included in the tariff, continental breakfast with many options. We value all our guests and will do our utmost to make your stay a pleasant and memorable experience.

Neighborhood info

Set in West Busselton, approximately 500 metres from the beach of Geographe Bay, and 1 km to the town centre, Baudins is ideally located to enjoy the sights and relaxed lifestyle on offer. Visit the Busselton museum, the mile long jetty, the underwater observatory, ride the jetty train, stroll along the beach or just sit at a beach side café and watch the blue waters of the ocean. The Courthouse and Old Jail complex is popular with art on display and resident artists at work, with a lovely tea room on site. The Geo art complex is opposite, as well as many shops to peruse along the main streets of the town centre. The Busselton Markets are held every Sunday morning on the Foreshore. The foreshore itself provides a walk and cycle track, lush lawn areas, shady trees and BBQ facilities. Drive 20 minutes to Dunsborough, 25 to Yallingup and Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse, 25 minutes to Cowaramup and 35 minutes to Margaret River, Busselton is the ideal base from which to explore the Margaret River Region..
