Our beach house offers the best of both worlds - a peaceful retreat and proximity to local attractions: Beach Access: Just a short stroll from your doorstep (400m), you can sink your toes into the soft sands of quiet pristine Boardwalk beach. Enjoy sunbathing, swimming, or leisurely beach walks. Mount Coolum: Adventure enthusiasts will love hiking to the top of Mount Coolum, which offers panoramic views of the coastline and hinterland. It's a short drive or walk from the property. Boardwalk view of Mt Coolum: A fantastic short boardwalk to the beach with exceptional views back towards Mount Coolum. Walk through paperbark trees and other native flora to a long stretch of open beach between Yaroomba and Marcoola. Shops and Dining: Stock up on essentials or explore local eateries at the nearby shopping centre within walking distance (IGA, local eateries). Playground: If you're traveling with children, the opposite playground is a great place for them to have fun. Half court basketball court.
