We had the misfortune of having no hot water about 8.30pm, managers came straight down, and could not fix the problem they had no other rooms left to put us in. He shifted us to another hotel 5 mins away, met us there, directed us to our room. Went way beong his duty, lovely owners with a lot of pride in there hotels and excellent customer service.. Highly recommend. Nice n clean, comfy bed, beautiful linen

Comfortable room, comfortable bed, clean and tidy. Good heating (aircon). Continental breakfast was brought to the room, it was nice to get the fruit served in bowls rather than the prepacked tiny plastic cups. Friendly welcome and good dinner recommendation!
