My prices are fare for a family of 6 (2 adults + 4 children). It does NOT have a resort pool, manicured landscaping, a jacuzzi, lifts and all the finer details of a luxury hotel. The apartment is in a walk up building. Three level walk up to the apartment and set over two floors within the apartment. Bedrooms upstairs and living, dining, kitchen and laundry downstairs. It is very spacious, comfortable, clean, fully self-contained, fully furnished and fully equipped for families. Stacked with books, board games, DVD's and puzzles. Two levels, two lounge rooms, two bedrooms, 2 x separate toilets, 1 bathroom (with separate shower and bath) and included benefit of a laundry chute to the separate laundry. Single lock up garage. DOWNSTAIRS: Huge Kitchen, combined dining and lounge area, separate laundry and second toilet. UPSTAIRS: Kids can enjoy their own TV area set up with couches. Two bedrooms Main with 1 x Queen and Second Room 1 x Double. Both rooms have loads of cupboard space. Bathroom with separate shower, separate bath and separate toilet. The Apartment is airy, with ceiling fans in the bedrooms and air conditioning in both living areas.
Our family loves to holiday and with three children its lovely to have the extra space. We have recently renovated this property so that your family will love it as much as we do.
A few minutes stroll to the Southport Light Rail. Bus conveniently at the front of the complex. 10 mins walk to BroadWater Parklands, walking distance to Restaurants, Cafes and Australia Fair Shopping Shopping Centre. Centrally located to all Gold Coast Theme Parks. 10 mins drive to Sea World, 20 mins drive to Wet-n-Wild, Movie World, Outback Spectacular and Dreamworld.
