Very clean and comfortable friendly staff and was happy with location , we stayed in cabin which was very comfortable but bathroom was very small

Location was exactly where we wanted to be, close to walks, beach, restaurants. The Cabin had all we needed as described when booking. It was exceptionally clean, pleasant decor, well-tended gardens. It was perfect for our short stay requirements.

Great place to stay with kids. Plenty of activities both within the park and nearby. Well stocked DVD section for rainy days. Very quiet and well organised. Beautiful gardens too, a lot of care has gone into the planning and maintenance.

We loved the location and cleanliness of the property and apartment. I remember entering our apartment and it smelt like it had a fresh coat of paint. It was lovely. The rooms are spacious, great bedroom robe sizes and excellent layout.

  • When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?
    Hi there, Mid January onwards is when it starts to get warmer, but it is quite windy then. I quite like March-April for the best weather!

    Hi - The only property that has individual BBQ's are the Beach Houses. However we have BBQ facilities located throughout the park for the convenience..

The exceptional quality park facilities include solar heated swimming pool, indoor hydro spa, purpose built surround sound mini theatre, recreational & BBQ areas and camp kitchen. The resort style holiday park has direct beach access, which compliments the accommodation to create a distinctive destination.

Located on Middleton Beach, BIG4 Middleton Beach has some of the worlds best coastline right on our doorstep, with bars and cafe's within walking distance, and an amazing golf course right alongside the park.

Neighborhood info

Albany is the oldest western settlement in Western Australia, and is an operating port city. It is located in the Great Southern Region of WA, and about four and a half hours drive from Perth. We have some world class beaches, and some amazing history. Amazing Albany makes a perfect holiday destination.
