The room was much as expected. It was all the little extras that made our time so comfortable: good quality tea and coffee sachets (rather than the cheap version), an abundance of shampoos and soaps, power blocks on each side of the bed, etc. None of these would have cost much, but the difference they made was immense. Shows a professional and generous approach.

Good location - close to the centre of town, but one block back so no major issues with traffic. Good access to parklands too. Doing the check-in and out with no staff was a bit unusual, but information on how to access keys was good so no issues there.

great central location, parking, there is a microwave, toaster and kettle in your room, and must be the only motel in Australia that gives you a choice of light and full cream milk ( not everyone is lucky enough to be able to drink full cream milk) The room was beautifully heated and ready for me to check in after a freezing cold day, and the owners went above and beyond to welcome you and make sure your stay was pleasant

It was very comfortable, warm and inviting.The modern bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Everything we could need had been thought of, even 2 types of milk! We didn’t meet the hosts as there was a virtual reception but we were provided with all the information we needed and local information. It exceeded my expectations 😊
