Bitola is a master built quality home with rustic use of wood and stone features. There is an impressive timber gate at the entrance and a beautiful stone feature wall. The house exudes style with high ceilings, high skirting boards, plantation shutters and stunning polished timber floors throughout with a combination of Scandi and more traditional styling. The living room features a cosy gas fireplace and reverse cycle air-conditioning provides comfort all year round. There is a dream kitchen with a walk-in pantry, gas cooktop, coffee machine, microwave oven and huge island bench. A gantry above provides lovely light into the large open plan living area. Stunning glass stacker sliding doors open the living area right up to the timber deck, which overlooks the attractive, fully fenced garden - great for entertaining. With a football table in the sitting room, a large garden complete with a trampoline, and lovely spots to relax or entertain including an entertaining deck with BBQ and outdoor furniture, there is something for everyone at this beautifully styled and well set up property. Bitola is located a short walk to Burrawang village, General Store, Pub and School of the Arts Hall, where intimate weddings can be held.
