Ideal set up for 7 long term friends to share a weekend together. Certainly a great entertaining environment with everything you need. Added bonus was the built in audio system that piped into every area of the property. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning. Host was very knowledgeable about the local businesses and very welcoming and accessible.

Blu-Sea 365 offers a luxurious and private base from which you can explore the east coast of Tasmania. It is located just 2.5 mi from the center of the picturesque coastal village of Bicheno.

The holiday home has three reverse-cycle air conditioning units and underfloor heating in the bathrooms and main lounge. All bedrooms have king size beds, with one also including two single beds and both lounge areas have water views over the dam out to sea.

There is a double shower with views of the dam and ocean and a walk in shower, as well as water views of the dam and ocean from the master bedroom. There is a spacious downstairs lounge, and oval dining table which is surrounded by floor to ceiling double-glazed windows.

Also on offer is indoor table-tennis and a playground that features a spring-free trampoline, fort with slide and swings.

  • Hi we are looking to book 27/4 till 30/4 for 3 adults one being an elderly lady. 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms but ideally access is all on one level, can you advise if Blu-Sea 365 can be accessed with minimal stair use. Cheers John
    Hi John, We have accommodated many elderly guests. Even my nan stayed when she was 96. There are 2-3 wide steps to get from entrance to lounge then from lounge to bedrooms. It is easy to hold the wall and manage these few steps. Thank you.

  • Hi, I am looking at your accommodation for my family for 2 nights which consists of 4 couples, a 3 year old and a 1 year old. Can we fit just in the 4 bedroom house with a cot additional? My dates of 29-30 September are available. The 2 children belong to the 1 family, therefore sharing the 1 bedroom. Can you let me know please? Thank you Sheryl

  • Hi I would like to book from 5th oct for 3 nights. We have 6 adults and 4 kids who can all share one room. Is this ok, are there enough beds?

    Hi. There are 2 single beds in oneof the King bedrooms. In ttoal there are 4 bedrooms, all with Kings and one of those is very large and has 2 singles. There is a spare lounge which can be used as a bedroom. Jakki

Blu-Sea 365 is where you come to relax, recharge and rejuvenate. Listen to the frogs on the dam, wake up to birdsongs and watch the wallabies on the lawn at night. All rooms have vistas to either Freycinet National Park (bordering our back fence) or the Tasman Sea. My husband and I are able to package up special itineraries that may include a cruise, kayaking, private beach picnicing, horse riding, wine tastings and much more. At Blu-Sea 365 we aim to be attentive, friendly and discreet hosts. I have spent many years living in Japan and was inspired by the manner in which the 'kamisan' look after their guests at traditional Japanese inns.
My husband Mark and I (Jakki) will be your hosts during your stay at Blu-Sea 365. We live on-site at Blu-Sea 365 and in Hobart, depending on the needs of our guests. We both love Bicheno and are hoping to make a permanent move there in the near future. We are always discovering new things to do and places to explore. Our main passtime is walking and we know how to access many secluded beaches. Mark enjoys fishing and I can recommend some local wineries. We try to experience all of the local cruises, tours, adventures, restaurants and wineries so that we can pass-on recommendations to you. And because we simply just enjoy being out and about on our lovely East Coast. We really hope you will love it too!
Blu-Sea 365 is a great base for day trips all over the East Coast. We are a 5 minute drive to the Coles Bay turn-off and a 40 minute drive to the start of the famous Wine Glass Bay walk. We are 4 kms to the centre of Bicheno, which has a supermarket, bakery, butcher, restaurants and pharmacy. From Blu-Sea 365 it is a short walk to some rocks from which you can gaze at the Tasman Sea. A one hour return walk takes you to a private beach. Blu-Sea 365 is private and quiet with dual ambience of bush and coastal. You can easily spend a day on the property wandering around the dam, taking in the views and just feeling the breezes from the sea and listening to the frogs, magpies and kookaburras.
