The amazing staff and how positive and friendly everyone was. The dinner was delicious, thank you to the Chef, Bill and to our amazing waiter Reggie! We appreciated how clean the room was, basic and simple but enough for us.

From the moment we checked in we were made to feel like family and not just another guest. We were shown around the property, informed of the history and what was happening that night. We were also informed of the wonderful work they do with supporting young people by equal opportunity and training.

The staff was very friendly and helped us a lot during our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was also very nice. Highly recommend having dinner on a Saturday night. The hotel is located near Victoria falls, Sunset Rock Lookout and the Hanging Rock, very nice if you are hiking too.

Loved the friendly staff and the warm welcome. The bed was very comfortable; could sleep for aages. Loved the antique furtniture in the general public areas of the hotel. Had a lovely old fashioned at the bar. The room was a bit cold but there was a good panel heater and the electric blanket did a really good job!

Loved the vibe in the downstairs areas. The breakfast was filling and nicely presented. The room was ample and the bathroom was simple and clean. I do like that you're far enough away from the Highway to not hear all the trucks. I traveled alone and felt safe and at ease.

Opening this November, Hotel Etico at Mount Victoria Manor will be Australia's first social enterprise hotel - which means that its purpose is to deliver a fantastic holiday experience to guests that powers a program providing work, training and live-in opportunities to people with intellectual disabilities, enabling them to transition to open employment and become more independent. Hotel Etico at Mount Victoria Manor is the home to Niccolo's Restaurant and bar which is open from Thursday to Saturday nights for dinner. The restaurant offers a menu of authentic Italian cuisine guaranteed to delight diners. In keeping with the Mountains experience we do not have Televisions in our rooms as we encourage our guests to experience all we have to offer in our unique part of the world. We also do not have refrigerators but have a large fridge available in the kitchen should you require this service. Please advise of any dietary requirements on booking,

Neighborhood info

Mount Victoria is a small village nestled at the end of the Upper Blue Mountains of NSW. We are within easy access of Sydney either by car or train. Within the village are a number of antique shops, cafes and our famous Mt Vic Flicks. Bushwalking tracks surround our beautiful area and we are proud to be a part of the National Heritage Blue Mountains and all it offers.
