NO, NOT ALL BOOKING DOT COM ACCOMMODATION IS THE SAME - Come & see why! Your studio, with beautiful ensuite, is small yet stunning, a luxurious haven in quiet North Bondi, high on a hill, with your own private inclinator (lift) which takes you to your home in Sydney. We are totally quiet & secluded, located away from the hustle and bustle of Bondi Beach, yet just a gentle 15 minute walk away. And you have ample guaranteed free parking! (Parking in Bondi Beach area is very difficult & expensive). We've only recently listed on this site so no reviews yet. Listed earlier on other site, we are consistently rated extremely positively - a total of 190 ratings for both our Studios, with a 97% 5 Star rating! * Cafes, medical facility, laundry, convenience store, pharmacy, bottle shop 3 mins walk * Extensive transport 1 min away to city & trains * Gentle walk to Bondi Beach area, with lots of restaurants * Quiet highly sought-after location, surrounded by greenery and birds * Free unlimited street parking * Free unlimited super fast, NBN high speed WiFi * Free 47 Channel TV * Free unlimited movies (Netflix) and unlimited YouTube * Coffee machine, bladeless fan, HDTV etc.
I'm known as a friendly and easy going person (I hope I am – I work as a psychotherapist), and I’m usually easily available for assistance or advice if needed. I speak English and Hebrew fluently and German and Dutch moderately and my wife speaks French as well. I can get by in Russian but you will have to speak very slowly! When guests ask for something, I generally go out of my way to accommodate them. I’m sometimes available for a coffee and a chat - with suggestions on where to go and what to do, but if guests want privacy, I totally stay away from any interaction. I may also be available for an airport pickup but that has to be pre-arranged.
Why this property? Because we are unique inasmuch as we know of no other properties in this price bracket which have the views, the quiet, the ambience and the cache that we have. We are near to the beach (10-15 minutes away), yet located in a quiet uncluttered environment, offering absolute peace and security. You are unlikely ever to hear traffic sounds as you enjoy superior accommodation with the best of everything. Huge luxurious bath-sheets await you, modern fittings, coffee-maker, blade-less fans, comfortable bed, quiet airconditioning etc The well-known Shuk is about 10 minutes walk away - for exquisite Middle Eastern meals. A laundrette, medical facility, bottle store and pharmacist are all within 5 minutes walk and the Bondi Beach Esplanade is about 20 minutes away - teaming with restaurants, bars, shops and life. And then there is the famous Bondi-Coogee walk along the cliff face of the sea, also just 15 minutes away. There is a golf club within walking distance.
