The Bowery Beach House at Culburra Beach is a split level, architecturally designed home ideal for one or two families. The house sits in the leafy cul-de-sac and is just 10 metres from the dune access to Culburra Beach. With floor to ceiling windows, this home is flooded with the morning light as the sun rises over the Pacific Ocean. The home has multiple living spaces over 3 levels: Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with breakfast bar and sun-soaked sitting room on a separate level for those quiet moments. Outside there is a small private deck with BBQ, landscaped and leafy gardens with lots of shade and a small lawn at the rear of the property. There are four bedrooms, main with ensuite, main bathroom on the lower level and a 3rd shower and toilet at the rear of the garage. There is internal access to the garage area. Warrain Beach can be found a short 2 km from the property.
