Our property is brand new Executive Style Home, it is a 3 bedroom home with an ensuite to main bedroom. The living area with separate dining area. Fully Ducted Air conditioning to Living areas and all Rooms upstairs There is an additional large Living area downstairs complete with leather lounge and TV. The kitchen is well appointed with an island bench. There is a deck Patio off the living and dining area with Table setting and Chairs with views of the mountains, great to relax and enjoy a drink or two. The main bedroom is air conditioned and walk in robe and the other two bedrooms have builtin wardrobes The laundry is equipped with a brand new washing machine and dryer. Roll away beds on request It has a secured double bay garage.
I am a married mother and grandmother who enjoys spending time with my family and friends. I love a glass of bubbly after a long day. I work full time and my hobby is going to the speedway with the family on weekends and I love to go cruising.
Our home is situated on a quiet street, but it is close to the Railway station for easy commuting to Brisbane etc. We are approx 10 mins from the Ipswich CBD. There are nice restaurants close by to enjoy and shopping centres and cinemas are approx 10 mins down the road. We are approx 15 mins from Willowbank Raceway. It is approx 40 mins drive to Brisbane CBD.
