This apartment is located in the village area and is privately owned and managed. It has been renovated and is maintained to a very high standard. All spaces are yours including wardrobes which are empty with hangers. There is an internal laundry with washer and dryer, The kitchen is fully equipped, all you need is your ingredients. Enjoy your time on the balcony taking in the city views whilst cooking a meal on the BBQ. The bathroom has a spa bath for further relaxation. The apartment has excellent public transport to the city and surrounds including easy links to the airport and main universities of Sydney. It is well serviced by doctors, dentists and has places to go for massage and therapy. The nearby Novatel Hotel has facilities the public can book. You will definitely like the unit and it's location.
I enjoy meeting new people and can tell you a lot about the area and where to go. I am very interested in all parts of Australia and have travelled it extensively.
Brighton-Le-Sands is a very popular beachside location and has lots of good places to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner within walking distance. The walking tracks are extensive along the beach, great for an early morning or evening walk. There are also shops for clothing and groceries at your fingertips.
