Located in picturesque Lovedale, Burncroft Guesthouse offers spacious group accommodation for up to 14 guests across 6 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite. The home is perfect for a stay all year round, featuring a swimming pool for summer and toasty combustion fire over the cooler months. Unwind at Burncroft Guesthouse with the following bedding configuration: Bedroom 1- King or Twin Share with ensuite Bedroom 2- King or Twin Share with ensuite Bedroom 3- King or Twin Share with ensuite Bedroom 4 - Queen with ensuite Bedroom 5 - Queen with ensuite Bedroom 6 - Queen with ensuite 2 rollaway beds - to be placed in bedroom(s) of choice Burncroft Guesthouse has fun 9 hole golf course that you may have to share with the cows but they're pretty relaxed and sure not to judge! Enjoying a popular Lovedale location, it's perfectly situated close to many well-known cellar doors and restaurants and is also along the Rover Coaches concert transfer route, so perfect if your group are visiting for one of the Hunter's many concert events. So explore the local area, sample the local wines, cool off in the pool or enjoy a fun game of golf with friends or family right here, at Burncroft Guesthouse. **The property owners also live on site in a separate home behind the guesthouse. They will greet you upon arrival and then leave you to enjoy your getaway. You will have exclusive use of the pool area. **The 13th and 14th guest will be accommodated on a rollaway bed which can be placed in a bedroom or in the second living area, as preferred. These guests will share an ensuite with either of the bedrooms.

In addition to the many wineries in this part of NSW, you can explore the beautiful Hunter Valley Gardens, which are just a few minutes away from our properties in Broke, Lovedale, Pokolbin and Mount View, visit some of the first-class restaurants to be found here or peruse the local art galleries. For more active holidaymakers, a round of golf, cycle rides around the vineyards and long walks through the surrounding national parks followed by a tasty picnic are sure to appeal.
