Never stayed at a bed and breakfast before it was nice to stay at one and give it a show the owener where really night :) the was nice and neat food was good :) the spa was nice and relaxing great idea the we had and perfect for a nice one night in Joondalup I would do it again

This was an exceptional stay - Kate was so kind and hospitable and a pleasure to talk to. She has thought of everything and goes out of her way to make sure the guests have what they need. The room was gorgeous, super clean as was the lounge and outdoor area and breakfast was smashing. I can’t recommend this stay enough.

Hot tub was turned off but didn’t impact us - would have used it if available but did not affect our impression.
