a well maintained farm house with lots of character.

this is a beautifully restored old farmhouse and is decorated with period antiques and furnishings. the grounds are immaculate with gardens and wildflowers and lots of birds. the deluxe suite is large with a very comfortable bed and separate sitting area. great hosts and breakfast made to request. we loved them and our stay. although it’s on the great ocean road it is away from the touristy and cliff side area but only a short drive to some spectacular views.

The breakfast was set on our own personal table of yesteryear with morning view of the farm surrounds. We had every condiment and option for a perfect cold breakfast and a hot bacon and egg plate with all the extras, cooked to our liking and only topped by our charming hosts who catered and talked to us during our meal. Our room and view was from another world with something new to look at around every nook and corner. A complete experience & package AAAA++++

Everything!! From the house, the heritage decor, the high ceilings, the wooden floors and most of all the long chats with our hosts (Karen & John)during breakfast. Breakfast was great with home cooked bread. We felt like home all the way through, best experience 😊

We had an enjoyable stay here. The house is very clean. We had the big room with a lounge to ourselves. Really appreciate the space and peace. Host Karen is kind and friendly. She also recommended that we visit nearby Tower Hill Wildlife Reserve and we get to see the Koalas, emus in the wild. Thank you Karen for sharing your house with us.
