눉Bed was a bit uncomfortable ...staff did not advise when checking in I needed to walk the one flight of stairs to get to the room as the elevator stopped on the 5 th floor had to go back down to get better directions...food was excellent ..ordered room service was told it would be ten mins... But took 45 mins....which was fine but not what was advised....I could have showered before the meal for exampe

눉The walls, floors, bathrooms and kitchen appliances were all unclean. The walls were covered in marks, fridge seals were dirty, the lamp was ripped and the apartment in general felt unclean. It look us over 20 minutes to find our room as the inital room number we were given did not exist. On top of this the paintings in the bedrooms were of grave sites and other creepy images which made the experience even more unpleasant. Commenting on paintings seems like a trivial thing but it made our stay really uncomfortable. As we were only staying for one night it was managable but we will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone we know.
눇The staff were very friendly and upgraded our room as we had booked for two double beds and receieved a room with one double and two singles. We were very happy with how they handled things.

눉Very difficult finding the stairs in the car park. Signage would make it so much easier as the stair case appeared to be hidden behind a wall.

눉The wifi is very weak, almost pointless to advertise it unless you go next door with your laptop. There were no oven trays for us to cook dinner and breakfast. Dead cockroach on kitchen floor. Bar options were limited to a small choice and needed more options as its easy to go down the road to the bottle store.
눇I liked the beds they were comfy. Same with the couches. Staff were very friendly.

눉The outdoor lighting for the car parking area was not working (major concern). The screen to the outside at dinning room does not close nor lock as the runners require maintenance (minor concern)
눇All the bedrooms were large with plenty of room for a port-a-cot, and luggage. It was separate to the main complex (so very good for the children with a nice small yard at the side for play) but you were still able to access all areas. The staff were really helpful, and extremely friendly. Allowed us to park our car early and we were able to leave the keys so that a baby seat could be placed into the vehicle. (We were actually running around with family getting our father's funeral finalised So this was really appreciated as we had the children and grandchildren flying and driving in later that afternoon.)
