This property will give you the breath of fresh air you are looking for when booking a relaxing down time holiday. Get out and about on the water and spend quality time with your family, enjoying all of the activities and natural surrounds this property and location has to offer. This property is available for families only and security has been put in place to enforce our strict "no party" policy. Absolutely no more that 8 adults to stay on the property. Please note no camper vans nor tents are permitted on the premises. HIGHLIGHTS: On the banks of the Maroochy River and within immediate proximity of the Maroochydore CBD and only minutes to Coast beaches, major shopping and Sunshine Coast Airport. 4 bedrooms - 3 bedroom in the house + a studio. 8 absolute maximum adult guests allowed. 2 bathrooms - 1 in the house and 1 in the studio Timber floors throughout Colonial style timber kitchen Air conditioning & Fans throughout and lovely breezes Wide open verandas offer an extension of the internal living areas, overlooking the magnificent views in this picture perfect location 300 metres of pristine river frontage with full access to the water via your own private pontoon, you will love the opportunities this property presents for you and your kids Private pontoon and outdoor entertaining areas by the water Great for fishing and all nautical sports BBQ BEDDING CONFIGURATION: Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 1 set of Single Bunk Beds and 1 Single Bed with Trundle (suitable for small children only) Bedroom 4 (Studio): 1 Queen Bed and ensuite Sleeps 8 adults maximum CAR PARKING: 1 Garage, 1 carport and driveway parking also available The property comes with a Linen & Amenity Starter Pack.
