One bedroom furnished apartment in Camperdown, managed by Furnished Properties Pty Ltd. Modern furniture and fittings are found throughout the apartment including sleek, stainless steel kitchen with all utensils, pots, towels, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washing machine, dryer, personal air conditioning unit, sound system and Ipod dock, plasma screen television. Inside the apartment a WiFi connection is included for all your internet needs. The living area is extremely spacious with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The bathroom has both a bath and shower, all towel and lined needed are also provided inside the apartment. Facilities to the apartment include a large swimming pool and a gym.

Camperdown is an inner western suburb of Sydney, 4 kilometres south-west of the Sydney central business district and is part of the Inner West region. Camperdown lies across the local government areas of the City of Sydney and Marrickville Council. Located on Sterling Circuit, closely located to Johnstons Creek, in the inner west this fully furnished luxury apartment is close to the cafes and bars in the suburb of Annandale. This apartment is also located within walking distance to the sport and recreational facilities in Camperdown Park or at the University of Sydney. The local hospital Royal Prince Alfred is also located just up the road.
