AustraliaThe location is excellent which within the free tram zone, we took the tram very easily. Sufficient cooking tools and spices for cooking and our room with Gardening view and balcony, we saw the sunset when having our dinner, very enjoyable. The sofa bed is very comfortable and the room is much better than I expected. Emily and Alvin are very nice and helpful.

AustraliaWe loved the fact than Johann met us and settled us into our suite. The most comfortable bed we have EVER slept on, clean white linens and spotless presentation. Bertha helped us when the wifi went down, she was fabulous. Another young women assisted us by phone, ALL staff are great. Down side, not enough milk supplied on arrival, so had to go out on a seek and find mission. Suite needs block out blinds, afternoon sun pouring thru the windows is very hot. Hope this is helpful, we will DEFINITELY stay again 👍👍🌹
AustraliaFor a small family of 3, the size of apartment is perfect! The whole apartment is very clean and has all the basic appliances to make cooking a simple meal easy. Basic toiletries have been provided which add on a personal touch to the whole service the apartment has provided. One of the area might be worth considering is to provide some toys for family staying with kids and some kids friendly toiletries etc. We are near to a kid playground which help heaps to keep out little one entertained.
