We arrived late so we didn’t get to see all the property had to offer. The Cottage was already booked but we were able to have a look inside it and it was amazing. So quaint with so much charm.

We loved this cute and charming cabin. It was cosy, simple and rustic, felt full of history and set in beautiful thick rainforest. The bed was very comfy and cosy and the private deck perfect to relax amongst the trees. My husband loved the extra outdoor shower too. Very friendly and helpful owner, we will stay here again I hope. We also loved the position deep in the forest, difficult I guess to access if you don't have a car, but close enough to Kuranda for shopping etc.

We loved the location. That it was nestled within the rainforest. The sounds of nature at night. Ash & Ben were great communicators. They love the cassowaries, and teach others about how important they are.

I stayed in the cabin and it was beautiful. The cabin is surrounded by rainforest with an indoor and outdoor shower which I loved! The hosts were friendly and helpful and have thought of everything to make it feel homely. The bed was comfy and the cabin cool, breezy, tastefully decorate and peaceful. There is a walking track down to a creek where a hammock hangs, it’s a perfect spot to lie and read a book. It’s just what I needed for a serene and relaxing break.

The atmosphere was so relaxing. The cabin was in the rainforest on a private property so there was so surrounding noises it was very peaceful. The hosts were lovely and helpful, easy to contact, and the cabin was very self sufficient. There was lots of amenities to help with cooking. I would definitely stay here again!

So beautiful, quiet and quaint. The hosts made sure we were contacted when a cassowary was walking around the property and being able to see it in the wild, in such a natural environment was wonderful.

it was a good location if you wanted to be out in nature and peace and quiet. the bathroom was small but the shower was great. the hosts were very friendly and very informed of local knowledge. pet friendly.
