Loved the quaint house with everything you could possibly want . It was very clean and the bedroom was large and well presented. There were charging units for our phones, reading lamps and air conditioning. The large kitchen was well equipped and it has a laundry to use.

What a beautiful house! Basically our dream house, big and spacious. Large kitchen. We had a bath in our bathroom which was lovely! The room was great, the little lamp by the bed was a great idea. Very clean. Tea and coffee available. Fridge, freezer and cupboard space. Parking. A very enjoyable weekend, and good value too! Close to amenities and the beach.

Castaways sets you up to become a local and really just relax in one of the best locations in Queensland. In it's very central location you really only need to park your car at the property and throw away the keys. With easy walking distance to beach, shops, groceries & tavern. It has a large deck for relaxing on large common areas comfortable rooms, laundry room, clean showers & toilets, you really could not ask for more. We love this place and will be back again.

    No, unfortunately this platform advertises that way which we are unable to edit. The beach is approx 550m according to google.

  • Hi I was just wondering if you ever rent your holiday house out to families with children? My youngest is 13
    Yes 13yrs is fine. House in a shared house situation it is not suitable for young kids that want to run around disturbing others piece and quiet which isn't fair. If the whole house is booked by a guest any age is ok as it won't disturb others.
