We are passionate about our beautiful peninsula and love sharing it with the many holiday makers that visit every year. We feel privileged to be a part of a small community surrounded by beautiful waterways & beaches, with every part of the peninsula having its own unique vistas.

Property info

Catalina 12 has received a facelift and is a gorgeous holiday house located in Nelson Bays' most sought after holiday destination.   Walk to Little Beach, Shoal Bay Beach or Nelson Bay Lighthouse and enjoy breakfast at the Inner Light Tea Rooms. Downstairs is perfect as a teenagers retreat with a combined laundry / bathroom and a large bedroom with double bed, lounge area and TV. Wander upstairs for the other 2 bedrooms with queen size beds (linen provided) and an open plan lounge / dining area leading onto front and back decks  to enjoy the ocean breeze.  Ceiling fans throughout will ensure you are cool all summer long.

There is so much our beautiful area has to offer including nature walks, child friendly beaches, dog friendly beaches, surf beaches, fishing, snorkelling, dolphin & whale watch cruises, the largest coastal moving sand mass in the Southern Hemisphere, horse riding, camel rides, multiple golf courses, clubs, pubs, restaurants, outstanding marinas, wildlife & bird life. Whether you are looking for adventure or simply wanting to kick back & relax, Port Stephens is the perfect place for you.
