The beach is one of the best in Culburra for both surf conditions as well as allowing an easy stroll to the lighthouse at the north end of the beach and Tilbury Cove to the south. Access to the beach is direct across the road. Catalina offers accommodation for up to nine guests. This perfectly situated home will delight the most discerning traveller. The house provides you with awe-inspiring views from the main living spaces and will accommodate a couple for a romantic getaway just as comfortably as an extended family for a social getaway. With nothing in front of you to block your views, Catalina has been designed to provide a great home for residing in beachside comfort. The accommodation is an architect-designed home with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, polished concrete floors with underfloor heating upstairs covering living areas, kitchen, main bedroom and bathroom. The living areas have an expanse of windows, which will immerse you in all the elements of beachside living. Catalina has been built to remain cool in summer and warm in winter The accommodation has two separate lounge rooms allowing adults and children to have their own space. After a leisurely day on the sand, retire for cocktails in the upper lounge or on the balcony and enjoy ocean vistas and the sound of the waves crashing on the sand in front of you. Dine indoors or out and feast on local fresh foods, the ocean scents and quintessentially Australian beachside ambiance. After a memorable feast, enjoy a bit of digital entertainment or one of the many family games available. There are three bathrooms, two upstairs, including ensuite to the main bedroom and one downstairs servicing the three bedrooms on the lower level.
