Great location, warm and comfy unit, Comfy beds Nice decor Good value for money

Quiet, spacious, comfy bed, garage for vehicle and close to town.

The location was great. Right in the middle of everything, not far off the main road so was easy to find. The apartment itself was amazing! Great size, perfect for traveling with family or friends. It has a backyard with a BBQ which is great! The kitchen had everything you could need. Gail was lovely and went out of her way to make sure the place was perfect for when we arrived. 10/10

Good space for three people and very well equipped.

The location was great close to cafe and a short walk to the main shopping strip. Secure lock up garage was a bonus. We really appreciated able to negotiate a later check out.

It was a lovely two bedroom apartment with everything we needed as a family. It was spotless clean, easy to book in even though we only arrived at 6pm. The owner was so helpful and organised an additional bed for my teenage son. It was a hot day that we arrived and the aircon was put on for us, so nice and cool to walk into. There are plenty of condiments in the fridge with 1l milk. It is close to the shops and a few lovely breakfast spots just over 100m either way of the property. We were pleasantly surprised to have a lock-up garage for our vehicle as well as a lovely courtyard at the back. It is in a cul-de-sac type area and extremely safe for children to play around with almost no traffic. It is quiet and walking distance from the main shopping district as well as the river.

The apartment was wonderful, and offered the four of us (adult) plenty of space. The location is in the centre of town and close to everything. Cafes within easy walking distance in any direction Our host we thoughtful - turning the air conditioning on to ensure a pleasant temperature when we arrived. The opportunity to water the garden offered another level of relaxation.

It was 40+ outside for the duration of our visit so it was such a cool haven to come back to. The host was very congenial. Having all the conveniences of home such as laundry, kitchen, separate bedrooms and dishwasher made this central location most accommodating. I would recommend this to any traveller.

Good location and great having coffee shop and park in very short distance from unit. Not to far to be in the centre of Wagga.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms the main offers a queen bed, with the 2nd bedroom having a double bed. In the summer you have the luxury of having ducted A/C in thru out the apartment giving comfort thru out your stay. The toilet, bathroom and laundry are in separate rooms. Outside in the courtyard is a BBQ, table & 4 chairs In the lounge is an office desk with FREE WIFI, dinning room table & 4 chairs with a fully equipped kitchen & dishwasher We enable to offer a clean, secure and comfortable apartment for guests to enjoy We have recently re designed the gardens in the front & back to make it more comfortable for guests to enjoy. We appreciate if guests don't cook spicy foods or fish indoors a BBQ outside is provided for those that enjoy these dishes Complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body gel is provided, with towels to use for each guest. We accept credit cards or direct debit payments
My name is Gail, with my husband Peter we are both semi retired and have been renting our properties for over 8 years. Peter & I maintain the apartment most of the time, with a cleaner happy to assist when we take a short break or holiday. We pride ourselves on making the apartment clean, secure and comfortable for all guests and families. We don't live on the property we are normally around to take any enquires to maintain a hands on approach.
The apartments are situated in a complex of 40 apartments with most owner occupiers. The complex is very quiet & secure which makes it very appealing to our guest. The apartments is situated a few blocks from the main street and only 50 metres to a lovely coffee shop & popular Collins Park across the road.
