We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for 6 nights, and it was great to have the separate living room and bedroom space - the bed was huge and very comfortable. The whole apartment was very nicely done, it felt clean, contemporary and comfortable, with lots of handy facilities for longer stays (like washer/dryer in the bathroom, clothes rack, etc). We especially appreciated the smart TVs (in living room AND the bedroom!) for relaxing in the evening. The immediate area is nice and quiet (no street/road noise), and we loved the beautful Botanic Gardens just down the road. The owner was very friendly also, which is always nice :)

WOW!! WOW!! What an AMAZING hidden gem. Linda the owner was very welcoming on our arrival. She actually took us to the room to point out where everything was. She also gave us a map and pointed out all the best hotels and restaurants and places of interest. The room had freshly been renovated and it was immaculate and smelt of lavender. Location was excellent, only a few minutes walk to the city centre. I would highly recommend a stay when visiting Warrnambool.

  • Is there a shuttle available to get to the closest beach nearby? What are the other transportation options?
    Hi there, Thanks for your message. Most of our guests hop in the car and drive down to the beach as parking is free of charge and very close to the beach. Walking is also an option if you're not carrying too much gear with you! There isn't a shuttle as such. If you bring your bike with you then cycling is a fun way to get around Warrnambool. Regards,

  • How can I get to the closest beach from the property?
    Hi there, Thanks for your message. Lots of our guests stay with us for a beach holiday. The beach at Lady Bay is a 5 minute drive away or a 20-25 minute walk. Parking is free of charge at the beach.

  • Hi Linda Can you please tell me what the difference is between the Studio Apartment that is available from Sunday 17 Jan - Friday 22 Jan for $784 and the $825 studio apartment for the same dates? And do both options include a self contained kitchen with toaster. Thanks Linda. Regards Karen
    Hi Karen, Both studios are exactly the same and are beautifully renovated with king sized bed and kitchen (including toaster). The difference in rates reflects the more restrictive cancellation policy of 30 days on the cheaper rate. Regards, Linda

  • Linda if we were booking for a week for 2 people which unit would you recommend as far as size. We want to be comfortablethank you. Your units look lovely
    I would recommend our one bedroom apartments for a longer stay as they have a separate lounge as well as the full kitchen that the studios have. They also have their own laundry facilities which can come in handy for a slightly longer stay.

    Our fully self-contained apartments are well suited for longer stays and many guests stay for several weeks and months whilst working in the area. Apartments are serviced daily with a weekly linen and apartment clean. We don't offer tenancy agreemen

Company info

We bought this great little property on 24th November 2017 and we have been flat out ever since. We have updated, upgraded and upsized lots and lots of things but we have retained the great location (durr!), the large sized rooms and our sense of humour! We love meeting people of all backgrounds, languages, cultures and interests and hearing your stories. We try and be sensitive to your needs and we will always listen to your feedback. We love doing what we can to make sure you're having a good time and enjoying your stay whether for work or fun and we absolutely love welcoming you back again and again.

Property info

We love being so central and yet so quiet and we absolutely love being so close to Warrnambool's wonderful Botanic Gardens. We offer a high standard of accommodation and strive to exceed expectations. Our guests love the location and the generous proportions of the rooms. Our families love the outdoor space and being off the main road and our business guests love the 24 hour self-check-in which allows them to arrive at a time that suits them.

Neighborhood info

Our location is simply put - excellent. Our apartments are in a very quiet, safe area, with the Botanic Gardens and Aquazone Swimming pool only a block away. Woolworths supermarket is just across the main road at the end of the street and the great shopping and cafes of Liebig Street are a 7 minute walk. Sand, sea and surf are all a 5 minute drive away at beautiful Lady Bay beach: watch racehorses train on the sand or coo at the fairy penguins on Middle Island. Hopkins River & whale watching is near too. We are in the immediate vicinity of St. John of God Hospital where quite a few of our guests have appointments. It is also easy to get to the train station. We have enough parking spots for all the apartments and there is also lots of parking available on King Street. We are near the indoor tennis center. We back on to Warrnambool Primary School and we are less than a kilometer from St Josephs school and Emmanuel College. We are a pleasant 20 minute drive from Port Fairy and lots of our weekend guest are enjoying the Great Ocean Road road trip. We welcome both international visitors and those visiting from other regional towns and cities in Australia.
