In a peaceful riverside location close to Perth's largest shopping centre Westfield Carousel and only 12km from Perth City, this cosy apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The air-conditioned master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed with quality linen, and a spacious bathroom complete with towels and essentials. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have queen-sized beds and share a bathroom. A generous, light-filled open plan living, dining and kitchen lead onto an entertainer's, undercover alfresco courtyard. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with everything you need including a dishwasher, the dining area seats 6 people comfortably, and the living room has a smart TV to relax and enjoy a good movie. Across the road from the villa the picturesque Civic Gardens park makes for a lovely early morning walk. A double lock-up garage provides two free car parking spaces for your stay alongside complimentary wifi. Important:- A Security deposit of is required one week before your arrival. Security deposits are returned to the guest’s within 7 days of their departure subject to the satisfactory condition of the property.
