We loved the space in our room and the natural light from the large windows. We booked a two bedroom suite and they did not cut any corners. The beds were both king size and both rooms had their own ensuite bathrooms. Toiletries, a mini bar, tea, and instant coffee, and glasses for all, were included, as well as robes and slippers. There were TVs in every room. They also let us store our luggage after check out, so we didn't have to drag our bags all over town, while we waited for our shuttle to the airport. It's also a great location, with lots of shops and restaurants close by, including the South Melbourne Market, and only a 14 minute walk to the south bank promenade. My husband also enjoyed the full bar downstairs, though we did not eat at the restaurant.

Great staff, nice ambience and very good location. Nicely kept and spacious rooms. Could do with a small wardrobe in the double room to hang suits in. Ken Tenjere the main man on the floor is a bonus to this hotel - full of conversation, light hearted humour and information and he speaks many languages.
