Our holiday house, Coast, is in a wonderfully, peaceful corner of Sorrento. There are beautiful views throughout the property; from sweeping views of the national park, to Arthurs Seat and across Sorrento township. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake to the sound of the birds. This property is lovely throughout the year. In summer, enjoy the north facing deck & open up the windows to let the cool southerly breeze blow through the house. In winter, light the wood fire or turn on the ducted heating and be warm & snug. Originally a cedar cottage, this property has been extended over the years using recycled materials. The result is a wonderfully quirky house that has been recently renovated to a high standard. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Queen beds x 3. Bunk room - 4 King Single bunk beds - suitable for adults, 2nd TV & bean bags. 2 bathrooms plus a separate toilet. A study near the master bedroom, which could take a portable cot. This holiday home is perfect for friends, couples and families. (NB. The property has non-gated stairs and the garden is not fully fenced). You won't want to leave once you unpack and settle in!

Our family has been visiting the Mornington Peninsula for over 30 years and we love the area. There are so many different things to do and all within a walk or short drive. Definitely something for everyone. It is lovely to be able to rent out our holiday house to others, so they may enjoy the area too.

Beautiful house in a great location. Park the car and walk everywhere and really feel like you are on holiday. Take the sandy track to Coppins lookout (visible from the kitchen window)and the back beach and explore the coastal walking paths. The views of the ocean are stunning at any time of the year. Alternatively, walk into Sorrento village and enjoy the many cafes, shops, cinema, the front beach or a ferry to Queenscliff. Historical Sorrento Cemetery is at the bottom of the garden. Meander through the old graveyards and enjoy the beautiful serenity of the area. It is just a short drive to Portsea back beach, front beach, Portsea Pub and Point Nepean National Park. It is a 15 minute drive to golf courses, Peninsula Hot Springs and only a little further to the wineries, markets and fruit farms of Red Hill and Main Ridge. There are also many gorgeous places to visit on the south eastern part of the peninsula, such as Flinders, Shoreham, Pt Leo, Merricks Beach, Balnarring beach and Somers. Don't miss the stunning scenery & walks at Cape Schanck and Bushrangers Bay.
