The location and the value for money and cleanliness. We initially booked to stay at the airport hotel at 250 pn. We weren't prepared to pay that and found this place on booking.com for 108. So we thought we are only staying for the night we can put up with a daggy place especially as saving money. When we got there we were very impressed with the room it was clean and spacious. The bed was comfy ing. There was cooking facility's in the room with a big TV. We will definitely go there again and it was better in size and than the airport stay we had on the way out. Well done coconut Grove apartment

United States of AmericaGood location if you don't want to stay in the city. Mid way point between Casuarina (large shopping centre) and Downtown Darwin (nightclubs/tourist facilities). Buses outside the door and supermarket about 10 minutes walk. away. You have hotel rooms with just a bedroom but the better option is the apartment styles with 2 joined rooms. Bedroom/Toilet and Lounge/Kitchen. Kitchen is good with a stove-top, microwave and 3/4 sized fridge. Staff are super friendly and it's cheap for what you get. After hours check-in is easy. Note for mobility impaired, elderly or those with heavy luggage- it's a 3 level building with no lifts, so for those mentioned before, request a ground or 1st floor room. I use this place regularly for traveling for work and enjoy the relaxed location, price and kitchen.
