Great place to stay in Coles Bay. The facilities and spa were all fantastic. Very comfy bed and peaceful location for a great sleep after a day out walking.

Loved everything! Amazing hot tub, loved the games room and was a perfect honeymoon location for the two of us to get away together. We accidentally left a couple of things and Phil went and found them for us and arranging postage. Very close to the beach and so many places to explore close by. We loved it all, we will definitely book here again and just wish we could've stayed longer.

Myself and my husband enjoyed a 2 night stay here for our wedding anniversary. The spa/pool was great after a hike. We liked the games room area and was lovely and homely with the use of the wood heater which heated up quite quickly. Before we used the spa we noticed there was sand in the bottom so contacted rental contact to which he sent the owner to vacuum out as he resides over the back fence which was ok as he was so helpful and told us to call out if we needed any further help with anything and never seen or heard him apart from that for the rest of our stay. The second bedroom was locked so didn’t have access to that or the second bathroom, I guess that’s because we had only booked for 2 people. Accommodation was very clean. There were a few spider webs around outside & underneath the roof that covers the spa area but not worth complaining about. We highly recommend couples to stay here and will definitely be coming back again one day.

Freycinet Rentals have a range of self contained holiday houses, cottages and apartment units located throughout the tiny seaside village of Coles Bay on the East Coast of Tasmania. Coles Bay is the entrance to Freycinet National Park, home of the pink granite mountains known as the Hazards and the world renown Wineglass Bay. Each of our properties are unique in their own design and provide all the comforts of a home away from home. All have quality linen provided, complimentary tea & coffee starter kit and late arrival access. Whether you are a sole traveler or a family group, we provide a range from 1 bedroom units to large 3 bedroom houses sleeping up to 8 people. Non smoking inside and no pets allowed.

Property info

Containment Accommodation is a unique property, designed from shipping containers. Perfect for guests wanting to spoil themselves while staying somewhere completely different to all other available accommodation and wanting a unique experience. Located just a stone’s throw from the Swan River and Great Oyster Bay you can’t get much closer to the water’s edge. There is a spa hot tub and large swim spa where you can relax, exercise or just hang out with friends. There is also a games room with a pool table, lounges and a wood fire for those winter nights. This accommodation is an Adults Only venue designed for those wanting facilities designed for fun and relaxation. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to dine in, and it is comfortably furnished throughout. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Containment Accommodation is right next to the boat ramp and river mouth, you are also literally 20 steps from a private and safe swimming beach. Bring your fishing rod, you can catch salmon and flathead from the jetty or beach. Easy access to go kayaking or paddle-boarding. There is plenty of off-road parking and the boat ramp is only 10 meters away if you want to launch your boat.
