This is the private front Penthouse apartment in the Ocean Boulevard building in the heart of Alexander Headland Maroochydore. Across the road Maroochydore Beach. Also Alex Surf club and many cafes and restaurants Suprette and liquor store just a few minutes walk away. Bus 600 south to Mooloolaba and Caloundra and north to the Plaza runs every 10 mins.. Surf Club just across the road You also have exclusive use of my roof-top terrace, so why not end the day with a glass of wine and look at the extensive views. This apartment has been stylishly renovated for guests to enjoy. It is a no-smoking accomodation.
Hi I’m Annie. I have enjoyed coming to Australia for many years, and decided to buy this apartment in 2018 for myself, family and friends and anyone else looking for that perfect holiday. It has been renovated in 2019 to a modern bright apartment and has exclusive use of the roof top terrace with the best views of the beach and coast of Sunshine Coast. It is proving very popular after only a few months on line. Come and see.....you won’t be disappointed.
Close walking distance to all you need There is a beautiful park with lake and bird wildlife directly behind the building as well as a community garden. And beach directly across from this apartment...wonderful views and sunrises
