This is my third stay at the Cosmopolitan. All stays were due to attending the Palais Theatre which is a very short walk from the hotel. The rooms were clean and large. The beds very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'll be staying again!

The hotel was a brilliant location for The Palais, the staff were extremely friendly & helpful, the room was comfortable, clean & functional. I explored Acland Street (resisting the cakes), bought a fabulous hat & necklace & had a delicious, healthy lunch at a lovely restaurant. The weekend was just what I needed. Thank you, Cosmo!

This time we enjoyed a larger room with a balcony on the fourth floor of the main building and it was great. Staff are friendly. There was clear communication about entry on late returns after an evening out when the front desk is not staffed. Parking is available and secure.
