The manager was very helpful. After advising early evening arrival, due to other events I arrived at around 11pm and the motel was full and reception closed and dark. He'd tried to call me earlier but I'd had no phone reception. So I returned his call and the excellent fellow got out of his bed and came in to organise my key etc. The black-out curtains in the room are excellent. The shower was hot and generous. The bed was very comfortable. There's lots of benchtop for your stuff, an elevated place for open suitcases, and adequate accessible power outlets.
