Location is perfect.....positioned close to the waterfront but also to Smith and Mitchell Sts.....huge apartment very private fabulous view.... Neville was easy to communicate with and nothing was a problem.... even a late check out not prearranged!

In an excellent location. Huge apartment with great facilities. Easy walk to the waterfront where there are lots of restaurants and shops. Also the wave pool and lagoon for swimming. Or just sit and relax in the apartment and enjoy the view.

  • Hi is there air conditioning in the bedrooms?
    All three bedrooms have split system air cons plus two additional air cons in the lounge/living area. Dry season the sea breezes come through the louvered balcony windows keeping the apartment cool.

  • Has this Apartment one or 2 Bathrooms? Do you have a 2 bath Apt for 3 couples? Does it have unobstructed harbour views to watch the Darwin Sunsets?
    The apartment has an ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom to shower and toilet. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath with grab rails for senior citizens and a separate toilet. The balcony has ample clear views over the ocean to view sunsets.

  • Thanks for your response. But if the Victorian Govt. declare NT hotspot can we still get the balance excl 1st night returned even if it’s night before
    Yes if you are unable travel or are concerned about returning into 14 day isolation.

  • If I cancel because of border closures (COVID) I only 1 night accomodation fee? So can I cancel the night before and still only be charged one night?
    Yes - your deposit is refundable only up to 30 days prior to arrival. We request balance of payment 7 days prior to arrival, but if there is a Covid declaration by NT Govt & you are unable to travel the balance payment will be refunded.

The apartment has great flexibility for both business and pleasure. Overlooks the Convention Center, so available for shared accommodation with work mates or for an extended family whilst touring or close group of friends visiting the CBD. Walk to the Waterfront & Wave Pool or with easy access to Esplanade street level, through the park to shopping in the Mall and further to the City Nightlife and Entertainment.
All Territorians love their fishing, so this is our popular past time. We also enjoy relaxing at the local coffee shop, visiting the markets or partaking in various fun runs. Aussie rules footy is year round in the Territory, so is a passion with the locals.
In the CBD there are always activities for all the family with in a short walk. Slightly away from the busy night club streets so you can enjoy the peaceful surrounds or relax in the close by park lands. Stroll down the stairs to the Waterfront with its various dining options, swimming and surfing in the man made pool or a walk along the jetty and drop a line for a fish.
