Property info

Beautifully renovated and packed with charm and style. Surrounded by tall gum trees and very private, Downtime is a modern, two bedroom cottage with a loft. Two queen beds, one single bed, full bathroom with roman bath. Large modern well equipped kitchen with generous breakfast bar with stools and two large, comfortable couches. Stay at home and enjoy the warmth of a roaring log fireplace during the winter (wood supplied May to September) or stay cool with the reverse cycle air conditioning across the warmer months. The house boasts a 55 inch Sony LCD television, CEL FI Telstra mobile phone booster (Full 3G signal) and free WIFI. Great outdoor entertaining with a gas BBQ on a huge eight acre. Ideally located within a five to ten minute drive to Margaret River town centre or the coast with a choice of great surf beaches. Pets are allowed upon request (Please note; the property is not fenced).
