10/10! A beautiful home in a quiet residential area. We loved our stay and being off the main drag. We're used to noise where we live and couldn't believe how quiet and peaceful this home is. The bedding and linen were the best I've ever stayed in and I asked Jess where she purchased it from! Jess has made a website with tourist ideas and links which made planning our trip so much easier. She also provided a very extensive tourist folder at the home. I had never had such a large variety of breakfast items and tea and coffee anywhere else and this was all free. Thanks so much, we'll be telling all friends and family.

10/10 relaxing home. Hidden extras made our stay so enjoyable. Warm, good pressure shower, chocolate biscuits, marshmallow, boards games and more. The beds were very comfy with lovely linen. Self check in was perfect as we arrived very late into the evening.

  • Hi, I am looking to book your property from 8th July - 11th July. we 4 adults going & we will need all 3 bedrooms for this - were a disability organisation travelling with 3 adult participants & I require 1 room for our worker, 1 for the 2 males & 1 for the female. How much extra will this cost

    No sorry it’s not set up for specific disability. We can drop off a shower chair but that’s it. It also has electric blankets. Thanks Jess

The free continental breakfast, BBQ, the family friendly amenities and secure pet facilities, make it a home away from home. It’s perfectly located close to the river and picturesque bushland with a walking/cycling track direct to town or it’s a 2 minute drive. Self and late check in available. ** Want a pool? View our townhouse Echuca Moama Holiday Accommodation 2. No alarm needed with a lazy 12pm checkout to make the most of your time away. You can cook up the perfect meal in the full kitchen or the outdoor BBQ area. And no stay is complete without free wifi, air conditioning/heating and a full stock of great board games. You will have access to 3 car spaces (perfect for a boat or caravan) and there is also plenty of street parking if you need extra. Everything you need for a relaxing trip. Relax in the large loungeroom with free continental breakfast whilst watching Netflix, or go old school and have some laughs with a great selection of board games. And just soak up the quiet with your favourite book.
For the chefs amongst us there’s a full kitchen with Baccarat Cookware and a dishwasher. No dishwashing chores here! All bedrooms come stocked with brand new luxury Sheridan towels and 1,200 thread count bedding. Ceiling fans will keep you comfortable while you sleep and there are spare pillows, iron/ironing board, washing machine and even electric blankets for those who like to be extra cosy. Families and large group bookings are our speciality. Bedroom 1 and 3 have a queen size beds. Watch late night movies with the tv and dvd player in Bedroom 1. Bedroom 2 has a double and single bunk bed and single trundle bed also. Bedroom 2 is all ready for the little people in your life and the property has all your essential baby needs covered. There’s a portacot, high chair, swing set, board games, books, building blocks, bath toys and more, making traveling with children a breeze.
 The bathroom has a bath for soaking your troubles away and also a separate shower. Toiletries and a hair dryer are provided so you can save all the room in your bags for your local purchases.
A vehicle is optional at this property. It’s a 20 minute walk to Echuca’s main street. There's a bus stop at the end of the street next to the Corner Store and we have also bikes for hire (more information in 'guest access'). Echuca and Moama is fortunate to have numerous clubs/restaurants with courtesy buses to make meals or nights out stress free. Guest Access You have private access to the home and secure backyard. Access will only be provided to beds that are booked and paid for eg. 1-2 guests = 1 bed 3-4 guests = 2 beds 5-8 guests = 3-5 beds etc. Base price is for two people (1 room). Fifty dollars per person per night after this rate. If additional rooms are needed they will be charged to cover laundry and cleaning fees. Bedroom Layouts Bedroom 1-Queen size bed (cot available upon request/charges) Bedroom 2-Double and single bunk bed and single trundle bed Bedroom 3-Queen size bed Loungeroom-Double sofabed, queen size electric blow up mattress. Pets welcome in the large secure backyard. All evidence of pets being in the backyard need to be removed/tidied to avoid extra charges. A kennel, pool shell, toys and bowls are provided. Fifty dollar charge per pet.
