Self checking in was very easy and it was less than a 10 min walk to the ski hire and chair lifts. The apartment was well appointed and clean.

First-timers to the mountain, we were finding it difficult to locate the entry as it was also quite snowy and slippery. Notes were provided, but with several emails on my phone, it was a little tricky to find the right info. #17 on the entry door to the garage entrance would have assisted greatly. Fortunately, shortly after arriving, we were met by someone who showed us in which was great! A fabulous apartment, lovely beds, plenty of crockery, and great cooking items (we didn't use). Awesome HOT showers! Great position to the village and ski lift. Great ski room at the entry for those hitting the slopes over winter.

The instruction stated to collect keys from Mansfield then proceed to Mt Buller. This was incorrect. We didn’t need any keys.

  • I noticed you have a minimum check in age of 25, there is a group of us between the ages of 19-20. I understand this minimum age may be concerned with guests having parties and being loud. However we have no intention of doing so, as we are here to ski and see the snow, would it be possible to book
