The location of the house on a hill was great for views to the waterways but you needed to drive to the Town. The provision of furniture and all kitchen appliances was excellent. Also it would have been an advantage to use the garage for vehicular parking but is was locked even though it was empty.

Located in a peaceful location this lovely 3 bedroom home accommodates 6 and has views of the lake, ocean and town. Enjoy dinner on the back deck after a long day at the beach, or have a BBQ with friends after a round of twilight golf. The house has 3 bedrooms each with ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite (With a spa bath). Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed while the 3rd bedroom has 2 x singles. The living area features reverse cycle air conditioning, telescope, flat screen tv, DVD/CD Player.
