If I was to book this property for 23 and 24 July would I be able to get a refund if there are restrictions for Melbourne which don’t allow travelWe have a full covid 19 policy that ensures that guest get a refund if affected by covid. we do however charge a small booking and insurance fee. Is there parking and wifi. Does the tv have Netflix.Guest parking is outside of the Village during the snow season or at the front of the Hotel during Summer. Wifi is available at the apartment for you to login to your personal streaming services.Answered on July 25, 2022

How much is the insurance and booking fee. Covid guarantee I thought meant 100% refund?AMS Mt Buller retain a $70 fee from any refund eligible under our COVID policy. Credit Card Transaction fees (surcharges) are also not refundable.Answered on August 11, 2021
