Evolution Apartments will be undergoing a Full Exterior Building Repaint from the 1 March 2018 until 30 September 2018 (subject to change). During the associated works there will be a variety of safety and exclusions zones in place, however the property will be operating business as usual. All guests must be over the age of 18 years, and must present a valid photo ID upon check in.
Upon booking, the property processes a pre-authorisation on your credit card for the full amount of the reservation, to ensure that the credit card is valid.
In addition, upon check-in the property requires a $200 credit card pre-authorisation to cover any incidental charges, including damage, excessive cleaning, and telephone calls. The charge will be held for 3 to 5 working days, and must be available on the credit card account. Cash is not an acceptable form of payment at this hotel.
